Removing Mold

Mold is everyone’s worst nightmare, especially when it starts growing on walls.  In this situation, the walls were very high and the homeowner didn’t until the mold growth was extensive.  In situations, such as extreme mold growth, the only remediation that can safely be done is to remove the affected area.  In the picture on the left, it looks like just a little mold growth around the beams, but once SERVPRO of Meridian started removing boards, it became apparent the mold growth was down the whole wall.   In the picture on the right you can see that we had to remove the whole wall, much to the disappointment of the customer.
